NOMINATION FOR AWARDS

Nominations of deserving students for consideration of the GOOD DEED AWARDS are welcome from anyone concerned with the future of our youth. We encourage nominations from educators, teachers, school principals, clergy, community leaders and professionals of all religious denominations and institutional frameworks. The Awards are open to all teenagers grades 9-12 regardless of race, color, religion or affiliation. All nominees must be enrolled in a public, private, parochial or other kind of educational endeavor.  Neither student self-nomination nor nomination of immediate family members will be considered.

If you would like to nominate a student/teen for their excellence in community service,  please fill out the form below. After completing the form, an email will go out to the nominee telling them about their nomination and asking him/her to fill out some additional information about themselves. Upon the end of the April 30th deadline, all the forms will be judged by our Blue Ribbon panel to decide the top 18 winners.
